Hands down, the best place to eat in all of Utah. We have eaten here at least 7 or 8 times, and it never disappoints. The service is amazing, and the food is exquisite. Had the prime ribeye with the Serrano herb butter tonight and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. And all of the side dishes are divine, the salad was so good, and the owner, Randall, gave us extra desserts on the house and they were all delicious. I’m convinced you could order anything from the menu and be fully satisfied. This is easily becoming a regular for us, even though we live an hour away! 10/10 recommended Harbor.
Randall and his team have a beautiful restaurant! The food was amazing. I had the Hanger Steak with Brussel sprouts and the wedge salad. Steak was cooked beautifully and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing spot! We’re from Boston and are always searching for more of a cozy spot. The lighting, the seats, the decor are all cozy. The service is fantastic. We had the sweetest server. She made great suggestions. And THE FOOD. So good. The wagyu hanger steak and lobster tail paired with a bottle of sauv blanc made it a perfect meal. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.
My best friend and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Randall and the team at Harbor Seafood. We were visiting from out of state and looking for a place with a good selection of steaks. The food was fresh, well seasoned, and delicious. Randall took excellent care of us, even though we were there a little late. He was checking in at all the right times to make sure our meals were perfect and gave us some wonderful dessert recommendations. We would definitely be back again!
Incredible evening made by the staff at Harbor. We had an unforgettable meal with exceptional service by the team who seem to read our minds on what our family needed before asking. They were above and beyond service making hospitality a priority. Insanely impressed. They brought complimentary fries out for our young children helping ease us as parents. One of the best meals we've had in a long time and we will definitely be back!
Harbor feels like a piece of the coast right here in Salt Lake City. We started off with an appetizer special and we loved it (pictured- forgive me I can’t remember the name). We had the fresh caught salmon flown in from Alaska and the Wagyu Hangar steak. The quality and flavor were literally perfect. Even the sides were spot on. We tried the asparagus and cauliflower that were packed full of flavor. We finished it off with the creme brulee pound cake (even though we were full, but who can resist??). The atmosphere was awesome and the attention to detail from the staff was wonderful. We were given 5 star treatment. Well done to the chef and owner! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Absolutely love this place! The experience is consistently outstanding, and the food is always incredible. Since it's a smaller venue, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. One of the highlights is the charming outdoor greenhouse seating, which adds a unique touch. Even on colder days, the heaters keep the atmosphere cozy and enjoyable. Truly a 5-star experience every time!
